Hello MNA Member,
Last Saturday, MNA members had a wonderful lunch with President Lou Bartolo and their colleagues on the Eastern Shore in Berlin, MD. Lori Bognar, MSN-Ed, BA, RN, CRNI, Oncology Clinical Educator, Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. provided a great presentation on compassion fatigue. Everyone there had an awesome time networking, learning, dining, and celebrating Nurses Month with their MNA colleagues.
Now MNA is seeking 10 to 12 more MNA members to join us for another MNA Nurses Appreciation Event, this time in Western Maryland at Hootch and Banter Restaurant in Frederick on Sunday at 12:30. It will be another celebration for nurses while learning more about compassion fatigue, having lunch, and networking opportunities.
MNA specifically selected locations on the Eastern Shore and Western Maryland for these two MNA Member Appreciation Luncheons to show its support for members who are not central to Baltimore.
