Speakers
Academic Hospitalist-Nocturnist
Lifestyle & Obesity Coach fir Night Worker. Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Straight out of residrncy, I started working as a solo Nocturnist at Stamford Hospital, Stamford , CT. I knew why I needed to work the night shift at the beginning of my career. Reliable childcare seemed unattainable. We were first generation immigrants who had no family support. Nonetheless, I couldn't find any resources which amplified or even highlighted the many challenges faced by people who worked nights or the 3rd shift.
